ANNUAL GROOMING SEMINAR
February 4, 2012, Grooming begins at 10:00 am

Due to popular demand, we are having the grooming seminar on a Saturday instead of Sunday, and moving to central Florida.  Clermont is approximately 20 miles north of Lakeland.  Lunch and soft drinks will be provided.  Bring your freshly bathed, and brushed out Airedale to be groomed by one of our highly qualified board members or Karen Gunter, groomer extraordinaire!!  Grooming begins promptly at 10:00 am.  A donation of $50 is requested for grooming each pet and all proceeds go directly to our rescue fund.  Don’t forget your chair!!

Directions:

From west/southwest: I-75 to eastbound I-4: Use exit #38 to go north on SR 33. (Do not use exit #33) Go approx. 22 miles to SR 561 on the right. Go 6 mi. to Lakeshore Dr. on the right. Go 1 mile and make a left on Poinciana Dr. Follow the sand road to a right turn. Ed's house is on the left.

From the north: I-75 to the Turnpike:  Take exit 289 to US 27 southbound. Go approx. 13 miles going over SR 50. Do not take the Clermont exit at SR 50. Immediately after going over SR 50 make a right at the 1st light (Hooks St.) Make a 120 degree left turn at S. Lakeshore Dr. Lakeshore intersects Hammock Ridge Rd.  Make a right to stay on Lakeshore Dr. Go 2.7 miles and make a right on Poinciana Dr.  Follow the sand road to a right turn. Ed's house is on the left.

From the south/southeast: Turnpike to exit 272:  Make a left to go west on SR 50. Go 6.5 miles to US 27. Go south on US 27 (left turn). Stay to the right and make a right at the first light, Hooks St. Make a 120 degree left turn at S. Lakeshore Dr. Lakeshore intersects Hammock Ridge Rd.  Make a right to stay on Lakeshore Dr.  Go 2.7 miles and make a right on Poinciana Dr.  Follow the sand road to a right turn. Ed's house is on the left.

From the east: Take 408 to the Turnpike north and exit at exit #272. Follow above directions.

Please angle-park across from my house to conserve space.

All members are reminded that their pets must be current on vaccines to attend our events.   We live in Florida where flea and tick prevention is essential so please be sure your pets are protected.    And, as usual, owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets at all times.

Your membership for 2011 expires on October 31, 201—If you have not paid your dues for 2012 you will not be receiving a Newsletter  or the reminders for the parties!
